The active user base showed a similar pattern, beginning at 211K and declining to approximately 159K by the end of the year.

Mon espace santé, also by l'Assurance Maladie, maintained a relatively stable download rate, starting at 36K and ending the quarter with 20K downloads. Active users increased from 71K in late September to a peak of 76K in early December, before dropping to 62K by the end of December.
